Independent application assistance

Brazil Entry Guide is a privately operated travel-information and application-assistance service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Government of Brazil, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a Brazilian consulate, VFS Global or any border authority. Travelers may apply directly through the government-authorized portal without using this assistance service.

Traveler authorization

By continuing to payment, the user confirms that they reviewed the information for each traveler, believe it to be accurate and authorize the service to process the information and documents for application-assistance purposes. A person applying for another traveler must have authority to provide that traveler’s information.

General information and decisions

Content and form guidance do not constitute legal advice, an official visa application decision or a guarantee of admission. Government and consular authorities decide whether to accept, request changes, approve or refuse an application. Border authorities make the final admission decision.

Fees and payment

The government fee and any private assistance fee must be displayed separately before payment. Pricing is intentionally unconfigured in this build, and the payment placeholder does not collect money. Payment for assistance does not by itself mean a visa application has been submitted to Brazilian authorities.

Applicant responsibility

Users are responsible for checking names, passport information, dates, answers and files before authorization. False, incomplete or inconsistent information may cause delay or refusal by the competent authority.

Drafts and availability

The service may provide draft recovery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Users should retain copies of important travel records and respond promptly to requests for information.

External services

External government, payment and service-provider websites operate under their own terms. Their availability, decisions and processing times are outside this website’s control.
