We are a private visa assistance service. Our fees cover application review, preparation assistance, and processing support. By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Government Rejection: We do not control visa approval decisions. If the government denies your eVisa, our service fee remains non-refundable.
  • Incorrect Information: No refunds for delays or rejections caused by user-provided errors or false data.
  • Processing Has Begun: Once an application has entered our review or submission stage, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • Travel Disruptions: Change of mind, flight cancellations, or personal travel changes do not qualify for a refund.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Duplicate Payment
Accidental double charges will be refunded in full.
Technical Error
Errors on our part preventing processing may qualify for a refund.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your application and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor. We strongly encourage customers to resolve issues directly with us first.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please send an email to support@evisa-brazil.com with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Application Reference Number
  • Specific reason for the request

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
